Minimum deposit; Debit or Credit Card $250.00 daily(USD) or total estimated rental charges, plus taxes & fee's, and up to 15% whichever is greater. Maximum deposit ($300 per day) may apply at rental counter staff discretion. Cash Deposit rentals requires 24 hour advanced reservations and supervisor pre rental authorization. Cash deposit refunds are made by company, by check, mailed to the renters address on the rental contract within 10 business days of the closing of the rental contract.
Minimum charge one days rental plus other charges,taxes and fees. Pre-Paid, Value Added Debit Cards or Personal Checks are not accepted at US Rent A Car.

US Rent A Car has its rental counter located at the baggage claim area at McCarran Airport (Las Vegas). Or you may
contact US Rent-A-Car's rental depot for courtesy shuttle service. Upon arrival contact the rental counter at McCarran, or our rental depot from the direct dial telephone at the baggage claim area, or from any public telephone
Tell our agent which airline you arrived on, or if you are located at the charter or FBO terminals. Our shuttle operates 24 hours a day from our rental depot 1.5 miles from the arrival terminals.

Strip hotel customers may request to be picked-up;
l. Strip hotel customers can be picked up from 8:00 AM til 5:00 PM. Call the rental depot 1.5 hours prior to your desired pick up time. An agent will confirm your pick up time, and direct you to your hotels designated car rental pick up location.
Downtown hotel clients may schedule a pick up time from 2:30 PM til 4:300 PM, or visit the US Rent A Car Downtown depot located at the Main Street Station Hotel & Casino.

Rental time begins when the vehicle is checked out (picked up) and ends upon the return of the vehicle to the original rental depot. The daily rate is based on a 24 hour clock. Overtime rates begin and continue each day up to the daily rate being reached. Once the overtime rate reachs the daily rate, the daily rate will be charged. Weekly rentals are calculated the same way. THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD for the rental charges. All options, such as child safety seats, CDW, PAI etc. are not pro-rated. The charges for the full day begin at the first minute of the first hour of each rental period.

Convertible, Luxury, SUV and ALL specialty vehicles require all drivers to be at least twenty-five years of age, and present two valid forms of ID & credit cards. No Cash Deposit rentals are accepted for Convertible, Luxury, SUV and ALL specialty vehicles.

Vehicle is rented with a full gas tank and must be returned full. If not full upon return, there will be a refueling charge. Refueling Per Gallon charges change daily. Your rental agent will have estimated rates at the time of your rental. Refueling charges are based upon the return of the vehicle.

A FULL or HALF tank of gas may be prepurchased for the vehicle. You may then return at the corresponding level with no additional refueling charge. There will also be NO refunds for prepurchased fuel.

The rental vehicles are equipped with Global Positioning Systems. These(G.P.S.) devices transmit, and record in real time, the location, speed and distance the vehicle has traveled. If the vehicle is driven outside the published, and designated driving area the rental depot is provided with a real-time notice, and the rental contract rates will be amended to the higher time & mileage charges, retroactive to the starting date & time of the rental. In the event the GPS system is tampered with or disconnected, the higher time & mileage charges shall prevail.

The rental rates include state minimum liability insurance. You may purchase 1 million dollars of liability insurance, SLI for $12.95per day. SLI becomes mandatory if the renters own insurance is not transferable to the rental vehicle. Proof of insurance is required at the time of the rental.

All drivers under twenty-five (25) years of age are subject to a sur-charge of US$15.00 per day.


US Rent-A-Car now offers service to qualified drivers between eighteen (18) and twenty (20) years of age. Drivers under the age of twenty must be pre-approved. Retail rental rates apply.

All Clark County Residence must pick up vehicle at the main rental depot located at 4744 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, and meet Local renter requirements.

Thank you for your reservation request. Cash Deposit rental clients require 24 hour advanced pre-rental authorization before their reservation is confirmation. Please contact the rental depot directly at our toll free telephone number between 8 AM & 3 PM Monday through Friday. One of our agents, will assist you with the requirements for pre rental authorization. All cash deposit refunds, are processed at the close of the rental, and are paid (returned) by company check, and mailed to the renter, at the rental contract address within ten (10) days of the return of the vehicle, and closing of the rental contract.

Nevada law requires all passengers to wear seat belts. All children less than 60 pounds must ride in an approved child restraint system. (NRS 484.474)
Infant Seat: From birth to at least one year of age, and at least 20 pounds.
Toddler Seat: From age one to at least age 5 years and 40 pounds.
Booster Seat: From age five to at least age nine, and 80 pounds.

Minimum Age: 21

Age 21 to 24 - Surcharge of $20.00 per day applies.

Renters & all drivers under 25 years of age, are subject to a $20.00 per day surcharge. Renter & drivers under 25 years of age are eligible to rent Economy, Compact, Mid-Size, Full-Size and Standard Cars, with pre rental authorization. Convertible, Luxury, SUV and specialty vehicles require all drivers to be at least twenty-five years of age and present two valid drivers license, and photo ID, and two credit cards.

Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 25

No charge for additional drivers listed on rental contract over 25 years of ate. A maximum of one additional driver. A$20.00 additional surcharge per additional driver is applied for each driver under 25 years of age. The surcharge is not pro-rated. Drivers not listed on the rental contract may void the renter protection under this agreement.

Unlimited mileage applies within the following states: California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada. Vehicles may not be taken outside of the United States. US Rent A Car DOES NOT allow ONE WAY RENTALS.
